Designed for individuals who want to level up and lead effectively, successful students of the workshop include leaders from Apple, LinkedIn, Facebook, Nike, and more.

Throughout his career, Karlo has built extensive industry knowledge as an entrepreneur. He has earned recognition for his expertise in areas including e-commerce, startups, business strategy, marketing strategy, SEO, advertising, SEM, web development, branding, and process engineering, just to name a few. Skilled in Six Sigma, Karlo’s management experience includes Change Management, Lean Management, Project Management, Product Management, Performance Management, Program Management, Operations Management, and Custom Relations Management.

Alongside a robust professional career, Karlo is also an active member of his community who loves to give back wherever he can. As someone who is passionate about the environment, he has volunteered with Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms, USA. Karlo was also a volunteer with Sacred Hearts Academy, where he offered entrepreneurial mentoring for high school students. He also provided dog adoption support for the Hawaiian Humane Society and is a volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity International ReStore, focusing on poverty alleviation.
